Design Assist – Plumbing & HVAC
Contracted to perform Design Assist services in partnership with General Contractor and Engineer for the core/shell and fit out of a lab to fit the needs of Dyne. Design included Analytics suites, Autoclave rooms, Buffer prep rooms, CMC suites, Cold Rooms, Freezer farm, Vivarium, Tissue/Cell Culture rooms, Open lab spaces. Mechanical systems included custom air handlers, dx remote condensers, computer room ac units, fast acting venturi valves, hydronic boiler plant.
