Plumbing & HVAC:

This project consists of the complete installation of the mechanical and plumbing systems for a 26,000-square-foot facility featuring a combination of high-bay open spaces and occupant-focused areas.

The HVAC scope includes the installation of 3 rooftop units serving the central building systems, along with 18 terminal boxes equipped with electric reheat to provide precise zone-level temperature control. VRF mini-split systems were incorporated to serve select areas requiring independent heating and cooling flexibility. The facility’s
open-air gymnasium features exposed spiral ductwork installed across high-ceilings joists, delivering efficient air distribution while supporting the space's architectural design.

The plumbing scope primarily supports multiple restroom and locker room areas, including showers, lavatories, and water closets. Domestic hot water is provided by two 120-gallon water heaters, sized to meet peak demand. Additional work includes installing roof drainage systems to support overall building functionality and weather management.
