Gillette Building P

Foxborough, Massachusetts

Harold Brothers served as the plumbing and HVAC contractor for a 100,000-square-foot addition to Gillette Stadium, located at 1 Patriot Place. Known as Building P, this facility extends directly alongside the main stadium and supports operational and administrative functions.

Our scope of work included full mechanical and plumbing services. We rigged and installed three JCI DX cooling rooftop units with natural gas reheat. The interior climate is controlled through electric reheat VAV boxes and Mitsubishi VRF systems, ensuring efficient temperature regulation throughout the space.

To support indoor air quality, duct-mounted AtmosAir purification systems were integrated into the HVAC infrastructure. These systems enhance overall air cleanliness and meet high standards for occupant health and comfort.

Gillette Building P is a 100,000 sq ft addition at 1 Patriot Place in Foxborough. Harold Bros rigged (3) JCI DX cooling, natural gas re-heat rooftop units on top of a building that runs adjacent to the stadium. Electric reheat VAV boxes and Mitsubishi VRF units supplement the indoor heating and cooling systems. Duct mounted Atmosair air purification units were installed to ensure that air quality in the building maintains a high standard for building practices.
