Harold Brothers delivered the complete HVAC scope for the 20-month, $14.2M Maria Weston Chapman Middle School project. Partnering with Bond Brothers, HMFH Architects, and Garcia Galuska DeSousa, our team installed 415 tons of cooling with two air-cooled chillers, 17 custom rooftop units, and a pre-fabricated mechanical penthouse housing three 5,000 MBH boilers and ten hydronic pumps. Inside the new school, we placed 487 radiant units, 213 VAV boxes, and all associated piping, ductwork, insulation, and temperature controls to ensure energy-efficient comfort throughout the facility.
