The project included a new athletic center added to the existing Webster athletic center. The project included 5 new rooftops, and new boiler plant providing new hot water system to the building. This project has a 18 month timeline and it expected to be completed on time.
PLUMBING –
Phased project with a renovation of an existing athletic facility. Renovation “Summer Slam” starting at the end of spring sports of varsity locker rooms was a complete demolition of approx. 100 fixtures, water supply and waste/vent piping. New layout for locker rooms, 150 fixtures and rough plumbing all completed prior to start of fall seasons. Second phase started at the same time and consisted of a new field house, with approximately 200 fixtures for varsity sport locker rooms, weight room, and sports medicine area. New hot water system to feed addition area.
