Plumbing and HVAC – Design Assist
Design assist and construction for both the HVAC & Plumbing for a 200k sq/ft pharmaceutical facility. The mechanical scope consists of custom air handlers, chiller plant and cooling towers with a rated capacity of 1400 tons of cooling, boiler plant which consists of heating boilers (totaling 12 million BTUs) and steam boilers with a rating of 25 million BTUs for processed clean steam. Plumbing scope consists of hot & cold non-potable water systems, Lab Waste ejector and neutralization system, elevated pressure gas piping, Grey water reclaim system, and water heaters in addition to typical plumbing systems. Consultation (only) on design assist for Process systems (RODI, O2, CO2, CA, Vac, N2) was also included.
