This 24-month, multi-phased addition to St. Sebastian’s School in Needham, MA included construction of a new athletic center with four rooftop HVAC units, a chiller plant, and a boiler plant. Plumbing work featured 100 new fixtures across gang bathrooms and locker rooms, a mechanical room with dual water heaters and an ejector, and seamless integration with the existing building infrastructure to support future phases.

The project was adding a new athletic center on to an existing building. The job consists of including four new rooftops, chiller plant, and boiler plant to the new building. The project had a two year duration and was finished on time.


PLUMBING:
Multi-phased Addition of an athletic center to an existing building. The addition included locker rooms and additional gang bathrooms totaling 100 fixtures as well as a new mechanical room with (2) water heaters and an ejector. The “summer slammer” portion of the scope required the new duplex water heaters in the mechanical room addition to be integrated with the existing building infrastructure and leave future connections for subsequent phases.
