Harold Brothers also installed new boilers, furnaces, pumps, exhaust fans, and water heaters to support both school operations and hands-on vocational learning.

Harold Brothers Mechanical is curr ently performing the HVAC trade for the Northeast Metro
Tech High School, a 383,000 square foot high school located in Wakefield. This school is a ground
up VRF school outfitted with 323 VRF fan coil units, 121 condensers, 2 RTUs, 10 air handling
units, 5 heat recovery air handlers, 2 make up air units, and 7 energy recovery ventilators. Class
rooms are outfitted with various plumbing and mechanical equipment in order for the students
to gain hands-on learning experience. Some of this equipment includes brand new boilers,
furnaces, exhaust fans, water heaters, pumps and condensers.
